National Safety Apparel Applies Durable water repellent finish to all nomex® fleece garments.
Cleveland, OH, December 1st, 2010 - National Safety Apparel (NSA), a leading USA manufacturer and innovator of protective apparel for the industrial safety worker, is pleased to announce that all Nomex® Fleece garments will come standard with a Durable Water Repellent Finish.
NSA’s Nomex® Fleece garments include Flame Resistant sweatshirts, jackets, winter liners, balaclavas and knit caps. Nomex® Fleece offers complete Arc Flash protection while providing superior warmth and has an Arc Rating/Ebt = 24 cal/cm².
Nomex® Fleece garments with DWR prevents precipitation from saturating the garments exterior. Without a DWR, a jacket’s exterior could become waterlogged and heavy; the damp garment would tend to sag and cling to your skin, creating an undesirable work environment.
For more information on DWR or what garments from National Safety Apparel are treated with DWR, please feel free to contact us at www.nsamfg.com.
